Absolutely very happy for the stay and we had a very clean stay with comfortable surroundings with very well maintained property for the guest and family It's near by location to the Arambol beach and the city circle, we enjoyed our stay with everything perfect...

It was a magnificent stay of ours at Rank Stays , staff like Rashmi , Mary/Mariam and the guy from Nepal who is a caretaker made our stay wonderful. They were wonderful and helped us with stay , food , cleaning and also helped telling us about the nearby places. Rank stays is a perfect place to book, would recommend and definitely book again in the future 👍

The staff are warm and welcoming, always making sure you feel right at home. What makes it even more special is the in-house café — easily one of the coziest spots in the area! The food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully plated (their coffee and smoothie bowls are a must-try). It’s the kind of place where you can start your day with a great breakfast, end it with live music or sunset chats, and never feel like leaving. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking to soak in the real Arambol spirit. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Very nice room. I stayed in the 1 bhk apartment on the ground floor. The location is very prime but a bit difficult to reach given the thin alley. They have limited parking only for bikes. Car parking must be outside. Check before coming. Service is amazing. Cleanliness is very good. Overall very happy

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. The food was tasty and had plenty of choices. Had a great experience at Rank Stays! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful, making sure all our needs were taken care of. The service was quick and professional, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. Everything was just perfect — definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Decent stay for a short time. 1 km from beach. Rooms are very small but clean. Staff was cordial and helpful.

Staff behaviour was not appropriate. Too much of arrogance. Issues with parking, issues in bathroom ventilation. Bike seat got damaged and no responsibility was taken by the staff.

The property is not near the location shown here, i.e. 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is 15 minutes walk from Arambol beach. Finding the hotel location was a bit difficult because the property owner did not respond to phone calls. We checked the location on Google Maps and went there. The hotel rooms were very neat. The price was low and the stay was good.
