I am very happy to stay at priyanka guest room. Its very nice guest room. All the facilities available with them. Specialy, their food service is awesome. Besides, staff is very good, cooperative and helping nature. Best guest room for family.

I felt quite safe and service is amazing, food is good and room very nice with hot water. Close to and railway stn. Food rate is a bit on higher side.

Its quite safe hotel and the staff is well trained and supervisors very experienced. Location close to new delhi railway station. Food is good, service wise no complains.

Only location good nothing else

We were not welcomed in the hotel and were given very bad room so we had to look for some other hotel. Which costs us double.

Perfect place for drinkers, we could not have sleep on 9th Oct. 2019 night. It was a horrible situation on the first floor. No room service, you have to beg for each and every service. Blankets, bedsheets, pillows, are too dirty, full of smell. No ventilation in rooms. The food is good.

Clean bathroom, good staff n good location

Bathroom was OK type. Staff was very helpful, they were good towards us. Good food but their blankets were horrible, so dirty.

There was some confusion over the booking, but the manager solved. Overall stay was good. Restaurant menus are not good. Can be avoided. Needs a good chef though. Location was good, though you can not take the cab up to the hotel. You have to walk 50 metres along with your luggage.

Hotel is charging extra while booking offline. We stayed for two days. Make my trip provided minimum charges at the time of booking. We booked from make my trip for first day. But for second day, hotel manager told that the charges are much more and he has no clue about the minimum charges from make my trip. He charged us about Rs. 500/- more for booking offline for next day and manager didn't want to did any negotiation, which was not the good experience. Make my trip booking = Rs. 665/- for first day Counter booking charged by Hotel next day= Rs. 1100/- for next day

Initially there was a confusion on booking but after that it was solved. Overall stay was good and close to all market area which is advantageous for a business trip. Staff are friendly and clienliness wise its fine.

Friendly staff and nice room with all the amenities. Very good value for money. Close to railway station and transportation. The hotel referred us to the sight seeing Tours who picked us right from the hotel. Very close to hotels and the market. I would definitely recommend it.

Very cheap price and facilities are according to the price. Service as well. Nothing to complain actually because the price is very low. Atleast you have a bed and comode :). 4am check out was hassle free by the way. Though they put a price for our laundry what we did not gave at all. They sort that out.
