Location of the property is great as it is just a few minutes walk from the beach and close to grocery stores and good shacks. The Host and his team were hospitable and helpful. The property offers decent accommodation and a comfortable stay. However, Cleanliness can be improved as some rooms had lizards. The Food & Dining at the restaurant next to the property was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, a budget-friendly property with a great location and helpful host.

The property is located very close to the Mandrem beach, which is clean and secluded. It is also close to grocery stores and good shacks. Guests can hear and see the sea from the property. The location is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, making it a great place to calm your senses. The property is situated in a friendly neighborhood with lots of nature and animals. Guests can spend an entire morning in the balcony doing nothing but watching the village life go by.
Host
The host, Sagar, is extremely helpful and accommodating. He is always available to help out with anything and is very knowledgeable about the local area. Sagar takes guests out for local food and ensures that their stay is perfect. He is welcoming and friendly, making guests feel at home. Guests appreciate his hospitality and helpfulness.
