pathetic experience. check in was not allowed. extortion of money

one of the most stupidest person sitting at the counter. he did not allow me to check even if I had the valid booking from your site. the person did not just scream at me but at your representative as well. he was asking the double amount where payment was already done. i was left alone in the middle of the road of Delhi NCR. such a reckless behaviour of extorting money. A strict action is required. i had to call police but I got back since i never wanted to get into any legal trouble there. i had to travel back to my relative home which was 45 kms away from Noida. pathetic. pathetic. i'm screaming while I am being humiliated. such a nonsense person. i had travelled from a different state and made my hotel bookings well in advance just to see this chaos in the middle of night. around 2-3 AM.
