The Orlov Hotel

We really had a great time in Orlov The Orlov Hotel, panipat for 1 night 5 rooms we booked. Food was good, service was very good, specially Sardarji on night duty on room service, excellent person with well behaviour. Only one person from reception, I forgot his name Devender or some gajendra, he has some attitude problem from the Start till the end, very rude guy, he’s not fit for the Hotel industry, we need humble with good guest service in the The Orlov Hotels. Rest everything was amazing , we really loved the property.

I recently stayed at orlov, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation.

It was an excellent stay. Hotel ameneties were class and service was also superb. Staff was very professional, well dress and well behaved. They helped me in parking my vehicle and offered for dinner before the close of restaurant as I reached late

Good room net and clean good service friendly staff food is good amenities is nice safety nice bed hygiene clean wash room water is soft spaces room but in television some channels are not working like some newa channels you can feel luxurious

It's a very comfortable The Orlov Hotel in all respects. Its located in a very neat and clean surroundings with large car parking area in its basement. We are fully satisfied with the food and all other services provided.

All the amenities are good. Room service is prompt. But the management should ensure insulation of hot water lines so that most precious water is not wasted in getting hot water.
