The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was delicious and definitely a highlight of the experience. Highly recommended

Stay was so peaceful. The staff doesn’t bother you unnecessarily. The terms of the hotel are simple and in no way meant to hinder your experience. A 10/10 for ease of staying.

we had a comfortable stay at this hotel for 2 days. Location is central and quite easily accessible to many places . The staff is co operative and helps out instantly with any issue faced . Overall Average and not price Worthy Room size is sufficient for family but Bathroom is not properly manage and breakfast is average Quality And main thing Tarrif is much more than comparative other same category hotels

AC was not cooling the room and food was not available on giving order

It’s located in the heart of the city, we find good restaurants on a street which is just 200 mts away from the hotel

AC didn’t work, water leakage, no dental kit, room wasn’t cleaned even though instructed . Housekeeping had to be done at night 1am , had to wait till then. Other room had no ac working

Poor room service. No arrangement of breakfast till 8:10am in morning. No dental kit available in room. Mosquitos in room need to request for allout and they provided the old bar one.

I was stay for 2 days. Food quality was good. But bathroom was very old and tap was leakage. Electric point also not working properly.

It felt very empty and weird vibes by the staff. For the most part, it felt the staff is just their standing. The room was very basic. Breakfast was nice, but since the hotel was empty, there was no buffet. My pillow cover was having holes in it. My room was clean daily as requested, but I will repeat the hotel was surprisingly empty for the long weekend. Staff is just weird. They stand and look at you, especially in the restaurant. overall weird experience.

It's located at a prime location. The hotel needs to categorise itself as a business hotel or family holiday hotel to offer hospitality accordingly. The breakfast and meals were average. The rooms are okay.

This place was booked by most reputed Private University for me even when I came for placement drive here as placements officer. There were the worst experiences I had: • When I just entered the room, I saw a cockroach on the bedsheet. • There was some kind of big oil spot on top of quilt on bed which I showed to hotel staff and he - after scratching tje spot said "Sir Iski Koi Baat Nahi". • When I went to washroom it was again some small cockroaches roaming on toilet seat. • In morning, when I had to go for placements - I asked for Steam Iron from Reception via call and from there staff replied : "Sir Iron toh nahi hai abhi. We had 2 irons but which are not working since many days." • Just 1 (ONE) water bottle I had been provided for staying for 2 nights in same hotel. This hotel is exactly a perfect example of Just Beautified from road like with lots of lighting and all whereas poor hygiene, compromised cleanliness and pathetic experience.
