Very cleanly maintained apartment, very polite, responsible and responsive staff

The location was easily accessible and peaceful. The breakfast provided by them was really good I liked specially the service of them. The property was clean. The staffs were very co-operative and friendly and the property is highly recommended to others.

It was an official stay. The property was easy to locate. I liked the room over there and it was comfortable. The facilities were good. Caretaker and owner were very helpful. Overall this property is value for money.

Location is good calm and quiet, the food is tasty only veg.

The guy who works there as a care taker Gautam. He has very good manners and customer Service skills.

This is the worst place I have stayed

Rooms are not good, bed and pillows were stinking, even felt security concern as I was with family, I saw there beer bottle in fridge, noisily talks in night. I was uncomfortable whole night. Would definitely not recommend to the family to stay there. If I talk about food, the cutlery and plates were not properly cleaned, it was yellowish, I saw kitchen also but was not clean. Over all very bad experience.

Presentation of food can be made little more better way. Team there is good, service oriented. Need professional grooming.
Suggestions for improvement, room service and attitude of the employees is good. Room, wall painting, floors and bathrooms can be presented little more better way. Linens to be replaced and not very appealing. TV taking the bulk space in the room. Otherwise good.

A home away from home. No restaurant but staff makes fresh food and it tastes just like home made food.
Awesome freshly made food, just like home made food. Little far from marketplace and difficult to find transport. But works well for on-line cab services.

Positives: Good staff, clean, 24 hours hot water, LCD TV, WiFi ok, breakfast they arranged at reasonable rate, residential area. No branded mineral water, bathroom exhaust not worked, basic facilities, apartment converted to lodge, no restaurant, They provided only two rooms instead of three rooms for the first day asking our permission. I booked room for three days. So please call and confirm a few days back.

Difficult to locate. Staff was not very helpful in finding location.

All the staff is very helpful with homely like feeling at reasonable rates. Stay in this hotel is worth while a stay in Hyderabad.

Third class apartment. Poor facilities. No light facility in toilet. During night time I have to carry torch in toilet.

Location was excellent. Room was clean. AC was so. Looking into the cost the breakfast was good. Overall rating was very good. I shall suggest that If you visit Hyderabad you should save money by staying in it. Attendant was also good
