Very bad service and stap behaviour

Extra charges have been taken even after making payment. Receptionist behaviour very rude and cook man behaviour so rude bad service bad behaviour bad experience.

Stay was good and comfortable. Liked the staff behaviour but didn't liked the basic toiletries provided by the hotel management. It could have been better if they provided shampoo, disposable toothbrush and paste and hair oil
