poor hotel no amenities Bad staff experience water was not there in washrooms literally had to ask for everything bad experience

Clean and comfortable, hot water is available. The staff are friendly and efficient. Very good value for money.

It was difficult to locate this hotel because location is not shared. Hotel's reception is a dingy place (like a small washroom) on first floor. At first staff refused to accept that I had prepaid n called someone to confirm. Then they recommended me not to pay but at the hotel next time. They also mentioned that all rooms are booked. Eventually after having a word with their boss they gave me a room. Room was adequately big. Furnishings were not looking sparkling clean white. Washroom was big enough. TV on/off was somewhere else. Soap provided was very small n I was afraid it'll slip out of my hand into commode so worked on it really slowly. They don't have their own kitchen so soon After checking in I went out for dinner. I was not so bothered about n finicky since I had to leave by morning train at 6:25 I chose this hotel more for its location than for anything else.

Nice room with helping staff and no restriction on food! cleaningness was maintained so it was good room

Location was not same as shown on map and car parking is not there. Very difficult to find out hotel
