Bad experience.
couple
4000 for a such a room is too much, its a 1500 room. Cockroaches in the room and bathroom, the bed was not upto the mark. The room amenities were almost none. Not even a simple charging port near to the bed. The windows broken or dirty. The bedsheets were dirty. Though the staff was helpful and well behaved.

Wanting extra payment refund because booking room was not ava

after reaching the resort manager told me that he will not getting any update regarding my Booking although he will arrange it, I have booked for a deluxe cottage but they will provide me with a normal room, even though I am not getting an extra payment refund , The wifi was not working in the room.
