Hotel Shiwalik, Parwanoo (HPTDC)

Courteous staff, good location. Looks a bit rundown. But value for money.

This is government sponsor hotel, so staying was average.

Food get, staff nice and co-operative, stay was nice, wish to visit again. Swipe machine available.

Comfortable stay and spacious room

It was ok but not great as the cleanliness and maintenance was not up to the mark

Although I found the hotel boring in the sense that it didn't have much people or any recreational activities as such except a very cute lawn. Rooms were nice and it gives you vibes of 80's belly movies. The staff is very very good. Although one wouldn't find any shops or anything Around. Food in the restaurant was good and reasonable. Will probably check in here every time I visit Parwanoo.

Being the government hotel, the location is really good. View from balcony is good too. You can stay for mid point staying purpose. Charges are not high.

This is a dilapidated hotel with dirty rooms. I booked a Deluxe room. The room and the sheets were so dirty that we could not step into it. We paid out of our pocket to upgrade the room. Also, the location of the hotel is in the middle of an industrial zone. Only food is good and the staff is courteous at this hotel.

Good location and excellent service . Room are big . Staff behaviour is polite . Promt service . Bathroom cleanliness could be better . For 1 night halt for Shimla travel is good . Overall value for money .

A very nice stay. The location of the hotel is within one kilometre of the entry point of Michal Pradesh. The rooms are clean and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

According to the money the hotel was quite clean and its room was also quite large. I liked Hotel location and staff's Behavior. Navigation needs to be improvised because navigation is not going to the right hotel and its way elsewhere.

Location was great among the hills ,, not so far from the railway station. Good bus availability just outside the hotel. Silent atmosphere (perfect for a relaxing vacation) ,, great staff. Food was best among everything. Rooms were OK. And overall great experience ..

Travellers don't follow map and hotel manager please correct the location on Google map. Actual location is 3km away from location given on Google map. Hotel is on main road and easy to find Thank you

Awesome location in the hills and totally worth for every single penny that you pay. The rooms are pretty good and looks like vintage from inside .. Most of the work is wooden inside the rooms ... And overall great experience .. Thumbs up.

It's really a nice hotel with really newly renovated. Room size is really good. The service is excellent. The staff are very good and cooperative and friendly. Overall it's a nice hotel at kalka. The hotel has a nice restaurant with good quality food.

The location of hotel was very good. The best is that this hotel is near the kalka railway station. Price of everything's like lunch, dinner, breakfast, snacks is very high as compared to other hotels. I have to face network problem in my cellphone there should be available Wi-Fi connection
