Staff is very rude, and rooms are ok ok, i booked ac room but at the time of confirmation i got non ac room so be careful l

Pretty good experience. Room was spacious and hygienic.

Room was good, small room but hygiene was good and there is a small or you can say very thin blanket they provided me in the winter season and gate had stuck the lock was not working in the gate. I was unable to lock the gate otherwise overall experience was nice

Location was good, bus stand is 100 meter approximat from room also station was also near with the room.

Neat and clean rooms, room service was good.

I think it is mandatory for every hotel to clean there bedsheets and towels after a guest leaves the room but in our case bedsheets were having dirty spots all over the place also towels provided by the hotel were smelling very bad. I think these primary things should be taken care of by the hotel staff. Overall the staff behaviour was good and the way talking was polite.

Hotel is very safe and all the staff members are cooperative.

Room service was ok, I ordered for ginger tea but was served with simple one.

As per rate, the Hotel is fine for a short visit

No regulator for the fan. It ran at make speed. Also, the green and red light bulbs on geyser were non-functional. There was a TV, but no channels were running due to poor connection. If you want a comfortable and clean stay, go elsewhere. If you want a cheap stay, come here.

Services were fine staff cooperative fine location.
Overall good but charges high as per facilities.
