Property is too good Room neat and clean Washroom is also good clean Total 5 star

It was very dark like a hotel of horror movies. No one come to clean the room in the morning

Very nice property and I loved the location as well as room sizes are enough to known for premium property but one thing rooms need to be renovate.

Cleaning of room and pantry needs to be improved. However the staff are very cooperative

Overall good experience, rooms were spacious, but the main issue was mattress, not comfortable, but they can change it if you complain. Staff was compliant and polite very good option if not staying with family. A guy named preet was very helpful with assistance. Basic facilities like wifi and aquaguard are there. So worth the money

Hotel balsons need to improve there interior or vibe of hotel and need to upgrade there washroom. Water supply sends ah smelly water

Premises is average. No food available. Need to create more development on infrastructure and service.

Hotel was clean and hygiene was maintained. There is no room service and even for drinking bottled water you have to order from outside. The kind of infrastructure they have they must have kept some more basic needs like ro water, paid bottle water.

I have not lived in that hotel i left the place in 15 mins as that place was disgusting. I asked the owners for full refund they asked me to contact you. Please give me full refund after talking to owner if i stayed there or not. Thank you

So i visited this hotel in september it is 20 min away from railway station and 5 min away from new bus stand. Place is genuinely nice and staff is really cooperative

I stayed from 20-21st aug, 2023. Although my room was clean and comfortable, but besides that the hotel didn't have a kitchen, all food orders are to be made from a separate restaurant. It's a marriage palace that is being refurbished into a hotel. Isn't ready yet.

Room was spacious, little focus on amenities can do wonders

Unclean toilet toilet seat was not fixed to floor properly water pressure in toilet was very low exhoust fan was not working in toilet ac stops invariably and need to restart there was no housekeeping staff for cleaning, told number of times to attendent, but no result absolutely not worth the money i paid for

In the washroom water is not available, when i turn on black water comes in the toilet tank then when i turn the tap black water is coming so dirty and unhygienic, the blanket smells very dirty of animals, the environment is very bad, not even a single family or person is there, we leave that hotel in 2 hours just because of this, request to everyone please don't choose this hotel very bad stay waste of money.
