Hotel Shakun

The Hotel is terrible. When we went to Hotel for check in, it is already booked to another one. They could not have Idea of booking in advance. Finally they contacted another Hotel and accommodated my family for stay. Terrible experience. Better don't choose this Hotel.

Good Hotel and near Gaya station. So I like Hotel Shakun.

It was worst of its kind, room smelled very bad all night. The room small for the money paid, soiled toilet, dirty bed-sheets, confined space. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Very bad Hotel. Bathroom was very dirty. Room was also not good. There was only one advantage that Hotel is near to railway Station. Other wise nothing was good in this Hotel.

Room congestive, bed some size, mattress, pillows bed cover are very bad standards. Room is noisy and no space for third person for accomodation. More tarrif is very high as compare to amenities and standard.

Poor hotel bad service no change of Bedsheets, utterly bad Hotel, dirty location bang on the Main Road noisy very bad entrance side wise through a Running Hotel, poor maintainenece no service of staff all looking to make money very small rooms and uncomfortable to stay as the surroundings were filthy and smelling

Hotel location is very nice just front of Gaya junction. Cleanliness, staff behavior, proper ventilation in room. I booked hotel for my parents and they're quite comfortable there. Cheap rate and best service.

I was staying in Room No. -108, size 8X10 ft and visited Gaya to offer Puja. Bathroom cum Toilet, its wash basin was broken, drain pipe was discharging the dirty water in bathroom itself. Floor of Indian-toilet was repaired and was looking ugly because of mis- match of tiles and cement work. Fan is rotating with abnormal sound, It will not allow you to sleep. Floor-PVC mat was damaged. Black ants are found crawling. Room was having LED-TV. . On ground floor there was a hotel for snacks and sweets. Man on the counter demanded tip while checking out. Its tariff should be Rs. 500/600.

Very untidy and full of incects and lizards. I have booked from make my trip I have told reception to check my booking they have take 20 minutes to confirm my booking and Theda they provided me room no 104 room and bathroom was full of incects. In the time of check out hotel staff asked me for tip for this type of bad service.
