The hotel was asking for extra money because of the Booking amount and his rate was not matching so the hotel asked to pay the difference amount. Asked him when to vacate he mentioned we can manage and all of the sudden changing his words charging with me for more day

Firstly, the online booking process was misleading. the quality of service was unacceptable. Basic amenities such as towels and water were not provided in the room. Additionally, the room was not adequately cleaned, with dirty linens and other unsanitary conditions. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
