Terrible Stay

You guys don't have tieup with hotel and yet you take bookings.. This happened with me.. and at last moment you have alternate hotel that to substandard. I paid Rs 22k fornthe hotel and you have been such a third class lodge to stay with me Family.. I will never ever going to stay with MMT again..
