I recently stayed at this hotel in Kurnool, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The cleanliness and service were far below basic expectations. The bedsheets, pillows, and towels were extremely dirty. I even checked a few other rooms, hoping to find a better one, but unfortunately, every room was the same — unhygienic and poorly maintained. I had booked the room with breakfast included, but when I asked about it, the staff simply said “breakfast is not available” without offering any explanation or alternative. The bathroom was also in terrible condition — not clean at all and poorly maintained. Overall, this place lacks basic standards of cleanliness and customer care. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or even decent stay. I also tried to find someone to contact for a refund, but there was no clear point of contact or proper response from the management. In short: Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness, service, or even basic hospitality.

Charged me for breakfast no breakfast served, room is not cleaned ambience is bad no basic amenities like Wifi not at all preferred very bad experience.

I added breakfast in my room book and paid extra amount for that, hotel didn't proven breakfast and said we do t have this facility.

Other guests seemed to be business travelers too. Lobby and common areas felt appropriate for work related conversations.
