This was my life wrost decision fail in all format hotel are very poor...

Worst stay ever in my life. there was no water at the night during the stay. the service of the hotel is extremely poor. they didnot even provide drinking water, no towel, no room clean service during the stay. the room was also very small, no mirror in the room. initially the ac was not working..After requesting many times they change our room.

the guy at the reception was good. the room was hardly around 80 sq ft. with almost zero ventilation, no scope of natural light to come in. the hotel has no concept of room service. hotel wifi is very very poor. ac of our room was non functional most of the time . hot water was not available even after repeated requests.

Room was peaceful for my solo trip. Staff respected my privacy and everything was clean. Good value for one person.

Staff made my solo stay really enjoyable. Clean room and good service throughout my independent visit.

Honor grew between family members here. Kids praised siblings and adults celebrated children. Staff encouraged family appreciation and recognition.

we went to the hotel at 12 AM, 21 aug 2025 my booking was from 20th Aug because of the train delay. I asked them to check out late because I have checked in on my second Day of booking days. He said for a late check out I have to pay extra I have paid him 400 pn checkout day. but I'm not able to see this payment has been updated on MakeMyTrip I have not got any notification about paid amt. and I face a very terrifying night experience at the hotel someone on the door at midnight 1:30 AM 22nd aug 2025, as we are only 3 women we got screed, I called receptionist but he was not in hotel that moment and he said I will check n call back but he didn't called back again after 5 min I called him n he said sorry Thier was care taker n he was just nocking for room fresher, in the morning I asked that care taker why u r nocking n he said for room freshener. which we haven't took. n I asked show me CCTV n he said sorry cctv is nor working. this was very dangerous experience we have face in Uttar Pradesh. very disappointed with this hotel Even AC was nor working Bathroom was smelling bad.

Got great comfort as couple here. Staff understood our needs and room was cozy for two. Perfect for romantic relaxation.

Near railway station,on road,clean room ..good connectivity good service and quick check out

Wrost hotel in the mathura ,there is no space in the room and toilet,no service and location is also not favourable
