I usually visit this hotel whenever I go to Lucknow but my last visit was very terrible. The rooms and washroom was very dirty. The geyser was not working. The staff behavior was good but the service provided by them was very slow. After calling them they took half an hour to come. The location was very good. It was near Charbagh railway station and it was a safe and peaceful area. The food quality was average but only vegetarian foods are available in the hotel this time it was not a good stay.

Good hotel but hotel is on 1st floor and hotel lift was not working, I got room on 2nd floor, not recommended this hotel for elder people with knee problem.

soloRoom size is OK but no body is there to care ... Casual staff. No hot water available as geezer was not in working condition. After request they have arranged 1 bucket hot water. Wall of room are dirty. When you will enter in hotel you will realise that you have taken a wrong decision. Lift not in working condition. Light of toilet is so dim as you will not be able to shave properly.
