Hotel Kumbhal Castle

Location and view is too good for picture, good service, staff is very polite and well mannered and breakfast is also good.

Staff behavior was good, hot water problem arises many times as we stayed for 4 nights. Food was good but rates were very high.

Room clean and spacious. Hotel near by Kumbhalgarh Fort.

Stay was good, perfect as per location as it is very near from fort and hub Rana Pratap circle. If you don't have own vehicle you can get there easily as compared to other hotels/resort. Swimming pool was good we enjoyed a lot. While we have taken food outside because there was veg and non veg both but we got good restaurants just beside hotel. So no problem at all. Staff was good as Mr. Mahip and Mr. Arvind was very helpful. Just faced problem of power cut. Overall good experience.

It's below average Hotel for family

Location of hotel is good as it's near to fort. Buffet dinner with music and bonfire was good. Major issue was hot water was available only in morning hours. No towel or napkin were provided. Cleanliness in bathroom was not up to mark.

The view was very nice and beautiful. The sweet room was extra ordinary and breakfast and dinner was good. Thank you.

It's good Hotel to stay in Kumbhalgarh. The main advantage is its location, this is the closest Hotel to the Kumbhalgarh Fort. The staff is very courteous and helpful!

The hotel's location is great. The facility offered like swimming pool on the terrace with surrounding hills made the stay quite memorable. The food was great. All staffs were very supportive. The stay was quite peaceful and rejuvenating. Thank you.

We went with a group of friends and family, it was near the mountains and the place is very good. All the amenities were perfect.

Hospitality of the Hotel is very very poor. I had a advanced booking for my suit rooms but they were not prepared well. Even rooms were not prepared. No bathroom kits were available. You have to ask for it even in suit rooms. No hot water facility. Food quality not good. For any kind of room service you have to call twice to reception.

Rooms were stinky, it's raining outside and no hot water facility until you followed up for 2 hours. Feel-good factor: food was really delicious. Breakfast cost was high per pax which really not acceptable as per hotel food and menu.

The phone wasn't working and we were not provided water even. Poor service. Poor place. Not Worth it. Looked like a guest house rather than a resort. Don't don't go for it
