Very comfortable trip with help of makemy trip.

Hotel denied my check in though i have confirmed booking

Hotel is very good. This is my 4th trip in banaras and 4th times staying in this Hotel. We will visit soon banaras and again stay here. Hotel owner is very good and very friendly. Hotel workers are also good. In short this is one of best Hotel in banaras with cheap rate) thank you and vi is soon.

Nice hotel with helpful staff, have good experience there. Only this I don't like is cleanliness of bed, rest everything was fine.
Hotel and staff was nice, a free guide for Vishwanath manner and ghat is provided overall experience is good. Hotel should care more about clean genes of room and bed.

While booking hotel displayed a good room on the site but that room did not even exist in the hotel, besides room was very dirty, hotel service was non responsive, geyser was not working, we had to take bath with freezing cold water, door of the room was not working properly. I would have give the rating in negative but there is no such option. But literally the room was in bad condition.

Single night stay is fine. Very close to ghats and restaurents. Staff as well are responsive and co-operative. Do not expect a clean room and this is in line with Varanasi. Very far from airport, given the construction work going around

My room was good. Staff was helpful. Only suggestion that they could change the bed sheets at least once in two days. I was hoping that they would change the sheets, but they didn’t in my 6 days stay. Hotel close to the river ghats. Ideal for a solo traveller.

Hotel s very close to kedar ghat and harischandra ghat .. And its the pleasnt area fr a trip to venaras_ghats. Kashi viswanath temple s also near by the hotel .. Market is on the way to viswanath temple ..

As per Booking they are not provided Room, along with hotel Booing Breackfast is complementary but they are refuse to provide the same. Service quality of the hotel is very poor. We have stay 3 days nither they have clean my Room during the three days nor they have change the Bed Sheet and Towels and Pillow cover of the same. We never face this king of problem in any hotel. Its Our View please do not booked the room in future In this Hotel.

All facilities is good in this hotel and me and my husband really like this hotel and our wish is that whenever we will come in Varanasi we will stay in this hotel only so thanks Makemytrip to make my journey wonderful.

Hotel location is in very decent area. Cleanliness nearby area was not appropriate. OK for one day stay. Facilities at rooms not exactly like in photograph shown in MMT app. Very far from railway station.

Location is good, it's near to harishchandra ghat accessible to every place. Restaurants are near to the hotels just walkable. It's very much accessible for shopping special Banarasi sarees and hotel itself has a factory.

It is worst hotel in Varanasi. No parking facility at all. I parked my car on main road. Pathetic room condition. Walls were wet due to seepage. Room was stinging. Worst service. No way of talking to customers. People spit gutka all over my car.

At the time of check-in they were not sure weather we have booking or not however it was a online booking. After checking when we asked for air conditionor they told power is not there we can not start .. There was no lock in room .. Bathroom was in bad condi

It was too fun. Very good and adventure trip. With good room and good service and helping managers... The rooms are very clean and good... With AC and WiFi facilities... They provide free guide too.

A very bad hotel ... With small room ... Un professional and rude staff. Full of frauds ... No parking facilities ... Un healthy food. Cheaters ... Frauds. MMT should remove these types of hotels. A very bad experience ... Completely disappointed.
