They are very non-particular about the check in time. They even did not provided the single amenities allotted towards booking.

We booked two AC executive rooms. One room was good, another was bad. I had to change the room twice during three nights stay. I forgot to claim the receipt adjusted with the balance amount of GST.

Not clean, TV remote was not working and on turning on the TV it displayed only one channel. One towel was provided no soap, no napkin no water kettle.

Located near main market. Cleanliness par excellence. Refused to serve me dinner in their restaurant firstly because they were busy hosting some event it was pretty annoying and I saw a super big RAT in my room once.

Room is very well furnished but some repairing required to bathroom. Location is good. Market is very near from hotel. You can find everything on walking distance. Hotels food is also good. Staff is good but they can be better with fast service.

Not a good experience ... Rooms were not clean. Bathroom was dirty and damaged. I was overcharged when I upgraded the room, although I tried to explain the manager but he got extremely furious and I finally had to pay the excess amount. Location is good ... But its a small town, so location is not such a big issue there.

Hotel is value for money. Location of Hotel is good, parking area is also available. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is tastey. Hotel staff is cooperative. Hotel may be arranged local Jeep for touring. The TV cable connection was not working. I have get discount through Makemy Trip.

Awesome rooms with nice interior device is also good location is mind blowing full of nature and greenery the environment is toòo good peace of mind and relaxation we get full relaxation in body and peace.

It was a good stay. It was neat and clean hotel people were cooperative. Nice location good tea and breakfast was served. But no lunch and dinner. Hotel is in heart of the city just beside bus stand can recommend for relaxed stay.

This hotel has amazing location in term of Pachmarhi. Located just near the market but not within market. Market area is very congested. Service is OK. You may have to ask for service cleaning. Food we did not try. Rooms are not very spacious but OK.

Bedsheets was torn. Water problem in Bath room. No roof swimming pool. No Lake view. Fake photos given on MMT. Good service. Nice breakfast, but same limited menu. Overall I feel ditched by MMT I will give out of only 1. 5 star to MMT and to hotel 2. 5 star out of 5 star.

Very good location. Good service. Poor maintenance. Friendly staff. Good food but rates are very high. The most attraction nearby Jatashankar. Overall good. Cleanliness is not so hygienic. It may be improved.
