Hotel Green View

It was a nice stay. Hotel rooms are very good. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Specially. Anoop their care taker is very nice.

Good staff behavior and nice place to stay

A very bad hotel, not satisfied with the room and others services. It is look like an apartment.
Very bad services, do not stay here. It was an apartment with very bad view. It does not worth the amount you spent in the property it seems like a home stay.

Good for a group of friends... Not so good for families... Young people were singing playing guitar, dancing and drinking at night. So, they were enjoying... But not that great if you want to have a good night's sleep.

The location is idyllic. However, little attention is warranted on cleanliness, service. A little bit of renovation is required to make the hotel look better. Otherwise, the hotel more or less nice. Toilet also needs a little bit of done up. Hope this is OK.

It is a budget hotel where you get a comfortable stay at very low price. Hotel is located on the opposite side of Dal lake along with the other house boats. You will have to board a shikara to reach the hotel.

We reach Hotel at 21:30 hrs, found Hotel in nice location of Dal lake, good facilities and services. Its really value for money. We depends on Hotel for food arrangement, in Dal Lake there is no other arrangement but Hotel Green view arrange dinner at 23:30 hrs. Thanks for Management.

R$oom size is big ,friendly staff,floor mat so dirty and no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Toilets and fans are not working even in morning only half bucket of hot water I received during stay. I suggest MakeMyTrip to ask hotel for proper maintenance of the goods. Overall location is good but staff is not gud. I called for around 6 times no body came from reception.

Hotel service was below poor. Hotel location is at other side of Dale lake. There was a boat man called "chachcha" who is very good in nature and only he arranges every thing for customer as taxy arrangement, Hot water, cleaning of rooms. There is no geazer in any type of room. Hot water supply is centralized and available in only morning for half an hour. No one will clean your room, not change your water jug. Hotel is not good. When any one want to book the hotel. He should first confirm such things. He will find that above statement is true. But one thing is also important to say that Location wise Hotel is good.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights with one extra bed. As shown in picture, room was looking quite big to accumulate one extra bed, when checked the room it was too small to fit the third bed. Other wise average hotel. Will not recommend. There are many better options around this area with bigger room in same price. Did not like my stay at all.

It's good for one day stay but poor for family. If you want to stay for more than one day, you can stay in houseboat on Dal lake houseboat. If you are small family or you are couple then you can stay here. Here Kashmiri pulao is awesome and you can taste local food in Hotel Green View.

If you do not carry expectations then it is a good choice. Budget rooms with basic facilities. Rooms and toilets are clean. Its in middle of Dal lake and free shikara facility is available to reach hotel from main road. So you get free shikara ride. Excellent, value for money. Nice stay.

Things are not real as were shown in photos, you should re-verify the facilities available/provided by the hotel manager and suggest for stay only after full satisfaction from your side. Only one old man was available at service who was also engaged in other works. But he was very humble and courteous. Hot water facility is limited only in morning for one hr. Before and after this one hr, you have to use ice cold water only, no option left. No wi-fi facility available at all as mentioned in online hotel facilities.
