Food was incredibly good, service was more than better. Well satisfied with the taste.
Manager was pretty humble. Nice service was provided every time I asked, either early morning or late night. Mr Dinesh is so helpful and friendly in everything starting from the service to transport facility. I stayed twice there and truly recommended.

Poor room quality. Small room area. Bad bathroom. No hot water connection in bathroom. No free space inside the room.
Very small room. No space for movement. In that small room they kept tea table and two chairs so no space at all. No view from room. Water was stuck inside the middle of the bathroom. Only plus point is location.

Location only good all others poor.
Wahroom is very very dirty I m not happy.
Only location good room is very poor condition.

Overall good hotel, location is very good near to ghat, room are OK and other service is also OK, we visited earlier also to Haridwar but that time our hotel is so far so we have not enjoyed that time, but this time we have lot of fun

The pictures posted are completely opposite to what the rooms as well as the hotel are in reality. The only advantage of the hotel is its location and absolutely nothing else. There were bed bugs, no proper drainage in the bathroom etc. It is not worth spending more than Rs 700 per night. I have travelled extensively all over India and even abroad so I clearly understand the difference between an average and a good hotel however this was nothing close to either of these. I request Make My Trip to please take down the pictures of the hotel posted as they are completely fake.

This hotel is near of Har ki pari. Room is average. But room size is very small. Room service is not so good. Bathroom toiletries not available. But location is excellent, near Har ki Pauri and Ganga Temple.
