terrible experience, visit this hotel at your own risk , cleanliness, behaviour, staffs etc all I can rate is - 0.All I can advise you not to visit this hotel , prefer another hotel.I have been traveling to many states, Kolkata Bangalore Mumbai Pune Mangalore Mysore Delhi etc , this is the first time I face the problem where after confirmed Booking still the manager and staffs did not allow me to check-in and ask 50% extra money to allow checkin or wait for another 5-6 hours more to checkin in hotel .the conditions of the hotels it's totally worst , try to avoid this st hotel .

Location-good. Hygiene-unhygienic. Small room with a high rates. Bathroom is pathetic. Over all experience worst.

Location is very good not know about the food as i have taken food due to hygiene issue hygine is worst in the hotel it is safe

Covid protocol should be more stringent. People working in hotel should be more trained on the protocol to be followed.

Good facility and friendly behaviour

Most horrible, bad smell of room and washroom was also not clean. There is no ventilation system in room. There are 2-3 holes in blankets. Bed sheets have bad smell.

Average a bit costly no proper guidance information regarding local visiting places not flexible

Okay, it was okay. Price not reasonable to be honest. Safe stay with good customer service.

I enjoyed but some out of station people want safety because reason was windows, anyway thanks for our cute Assamese staff.

Sound of AC machine like a giant godzilla. If AC on then you gone. Bed clothes covers are old, no lift.

Good location but with very poor facilities. For price charged we missed a/c, in room hot water in wash room, news paper, clean towels, proper lights. I think MMT should, before Tieup, verify hotel and quality of rooms and facilities. Rooms should be qualitative and not quantitative.

I really felt bad experiences in this Hotel. Bath room is horrible. Not cleaning. No hot water services. Totally I felt very bad experiences here. Weaste of money.

Not great Hotel as per the tariff, air conditioning was not proper.

No value of money if you choose this place to stay even one night. Pathetic facilities and service will make you complete you satisfy.

After reaching the hotel I know that it was a room with no washroom. A common was room have to be shared among 4 rooms. Then I paid extra money for was room then I got a room with washroom. But room was clean and good.

The hotel room was very untidy.

We stayed for two days just with adjustment not comfortable expected.

Disappointed at the services rendered by staff of the hotel. No welcome at reception. Rooms were small. Hygiene was very poor. No wi-fi service. Airtel dish TV was not recharged. Even after recharge, many of the channels were not subscribed. Poor, Will never recommend anyone to book room at this hotel. The staff even discouraged to book rooms online. They asked that one should prefer booking at site and not online.
