Yesterday i didn't got the room i was other road nobody was there to assisted from hotel reception when i was talking to your contact number he was telling this booking is cancel-led and can arrange new booking morning 3. 45 i am unable to wait on road so managed with some other room then till today 5. Oclock nobody was calling regarding my stay and now you are asking rating please advice me how to react on you i lost my money and had enough inthe morning. Waiting for your reply. I am not stayed in your booking please ask someone to talk to me a d arrange for refund money

the hotel is under construction work so they are not allowed check in

The quality of the room was really not upto the mark. This facility is not suitable for the family members as you will notice un usual things as soon as you enter the room. If you order the breakfast, then is sure to come after half an hour to 45 minutes. Space is very limited to move inside the room.

Staff and everything is very good

Nothing good, tv not working, lift not working, kitchen is permanently closed, bads are not clean my money totally waist in this booking. Total responsible is make my trip

Food ordered was received after 1 hour and tlod by staff they ordered it from outside themselves

Food was good and staff was humble. Prices are comparatively low if compared with other properties. Only small issue is the location which is quite backyard of the sector which i think is compensate with the tariffs offer.

Found an used washroom. No towels. No water. Small room. Tight space. No ventilation.
