Support staff is the very

To start with, owner is very courteous but he stays far away from property. Next, support staff asked us only to put up the extra beds and they were very sure to not do anything extra. Second, they didn't give us the water bottles as a basic complimentary and told us that they are all chargeable. Very unprofessional. Property is ok ok. Can manage for emergency stays

Bimal farm is a place in the midst of the greenery of the majestic sahyadri mountain ranges. The stay was really peaceful. The caretakers were helpful people.
