Banu Residency (Vellore) worst hotel to stay
family
This hotel is not worth for the price you have charged me. I booked for 3 persons but the room was alloted was not enough even for 2 people. Telephone was not working, bedding was not enough. Hot water not there. In fact if I need anything I had to go down at the reception and beg for it. Staff attitude like they are doing fevpur on the customer. In bathroom there is water leakage. Over all very terrible experience and would suggest to de list from your website. Very bad experience and not worth to stay.

Not worth this property for the amount paid by me. Room not spacious. No hot water. No car parking. Room rent was 1500 only mmt charge 2500 not acceptable. Please review and arrange for refund
