Nice Staff , cleanliness is good. food service is also good , Resort is directly Infront of sea view , you can get nice sea view

If your with family or your n couple then its definitely for you, here you can get a good privacy, the beach is clean as well as the resort too, its also couple friendly so you should definitely visit.

Room was very average. Lack cleanliness. There was cockroach in the room. Bed and sheets were marked with stains. Staff was very polite and prompt in their services. Also property location is very good. Food served was decent.

The owner is very helpful. Location is best. Food quality is awesome. But room not clean & best.

The hotel was right across the beach, the rooms where ok but not that great. Food was also just ok but not that great, felt overpriced for food. Need to focus on room cleanliness, staff was very good, ready to help.

I didn't like the stay at the hotel, there was no cleanliness and hygiene at hotel, no mask and no sanitization used by hotel staff, there was mess outside of hotel room, hotel and resort looks good only on web, but far away from reality. Only food was ok, and location. Resort is 50-100 mtr far from beach.

Amazing place to stay, staff is very nice soft spoken, nice view, specially very near to the beach. Me & my husband just loved the place😍

Restricted menu, but good food. Courteous staff. Location is opposite the ladhgar beach, best for relax. Cottages are basic and old but at good distance from each other giving good outdoor private space

Pears resort is good place to spend your weekend on beach front. Even though sea food is nice, it is bit higher on price for the coastal place. It is family friendly place.

Hotel is very nice. It is facing Beach. Hotel staff is very courteous. Food is tasty but little high prized.

Resort is just in front of the beach. Room is very Clean and Neat. Food was awesome specially pomfret and Surmai Fry. My family enjoyed lot. Thanks, Pears beach resort and MMT.

The hotel is very close to the beach. Won't take more than 3 to 4 mins to reach the beach. The beach was also very clean. The hotel staff was very polite and cooperative. The hotel had ample space for relaxing. Kids may enjoy playing there. Drawback that I could observe was the food price was little expensive compared to the other hotels nearby. Thalis needs to be revisited as we ordered Promfret thali but the curry had bangra in it. When asked the staff, they said that fish can be any in the curry. That should not be the case as this is not true for thalis. We ordered chicken thali but chicken suck ha was missing. When asked, the staff said that needs to be ordered separately. That is not true in chicken thali. So, apart from these few things, I would recommend this place to everyone. Last but not the least, the Modak that served was amazing. One must try it. Overall, good experience.
