My experience was very wonderful and all staff were very cooperative and helpful thank you so much kapil sir and staff.

The place are very bad and dirty out side people can make the noise and they making fight to gether the camp is no any arrangement the 31st year pro they camp make the fool people

There are no boards to guide you to the property although google maps works fine. Low hygiene, unclean bedsheets, bad food, super loud and inappropriate music away from rajasthan folks barring just a couple of decent performances. Overall very low value for money

The bed sheets were the worst. People come to sleep after enjoying in jaisalmer. The 1 thing which is important was the worst. No washroom amenities no mirror. Smelly blanket. No pillow covers.

The place wasnt worth any money, for even people on budget, just dont book it, not a speck of cleanliness and hygiene, irresponsible staff, no sense of security, this place isnt worth any money. We left 1 hour after check in to look for other hotel as this place is not stayable.
The place was terrible, booked a tent but got a room, seemed like it wasn't cleaned for a week, the commode was blocked, the linen was all soiled, and not even locks were provided in the room! on asking for it the manager said rajasthan me choriyan nahi hoti! the management didn't provide any help for any of the addressed issues, most of the time, they werent even present at the desk to be contacted.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, staff was very helpful specially ali bhai & imam were very courteous. Property need to be upgraded. Privacy factor is needed to be checked.

The property location was good. The caretaker helped us in this property. The food was worthy. They need to improve their service in terms of cleanliness, facilities and rooms, it is not as expected for families.

Good for family and groups. All the staffs are very co-operative.

I stayed in the hotel with my wife, 2 year old kid and bro in law. Had issues from the time we booked in. We found out that though it was mentioned the room didn't have geyser, got a bucket of warm water when we asked. Even basic amenities like towel and dustbin were given when asked for. No welcome drink was offered on arrival. Room is decent, toilet is OK. Enjoyed the night folk show and jeep safari arranged by hotel. In short, had great expectations after reading about the hotel, but was left disappointed.

Firstly, I found it difficult to locate as it was not showing correctly in Google maps also. The management was not at all good there. Even the cleanliness was not done. The staff's behaviour was kind of rude. They really had bad hospitality. The food quality was not that good but ok.
