We dont take any food at hotel. I have booked for view room but after reaching hotel they have provided us a dampen cold room in ground floor with no sunlight.The location also very pathetic and this time I have a worst experience with with make my trip and I will go for a written complaint

Overpriced and Poor service

Very bad experience related to hotel as well as service. This hotel is overpriced. Staff behaviour is not good. They are misleading with room photos. They have mixed up all photos with all kind of rooms to manipulate customers. If you book river view room then you got two options - very small room (60-65sqft) with river view or second is 95sqft room with totally blocked river view. No terrace. No drinking water from 9.30PM to 8AM because they have closed kitchen and no RO available outside kitchen. Rooms have switchboard outside which controls room power and two main ceiling lights along with fan are directly controlled with outside switch. Which means either you power off your room completely at night or sleep with ceiling lights ON. Very poor room service. They will ask you to get water from ground floor or wait atleast 30mins to get it in room.

it was a pleasant stay at the palette heritage varanasi.. for location I would say is best as this is the main kashi I have heard from many local people..all the staff are very gentle and very much helpful to guide you in many ways if you are new to the city..for amenities it's a 150 year old building, anyone wanting to stay in a vintage property with a luxurious touch please go for it... hopefully next time also I will prefer this hotel to stay
