Peaceful location and you can travel all the beaches within 5-7 km.

Awesome place. Tastefully done up and well maintained- especially given that it's a centuries old place. Courteous staff and breakfast that's just right and bang in the middle of peaceful and happening places.

It's a nice stay for bachelors who just goes to chill out in Goa.

We booked because of the look of the villa dand wanted to be surrounded by antique furniture but were surprised to find the rooms dample and smelling, the sheets were covered with cobwebs and when unfolded there were spiders moving. In fact the linen of the spare bed was filthy. The carpets in the room were extremely old and not hoovered or sun dried, springs of the sofa were hurting when you sit on them. It is an old run down pace not maintained and definitely not to be used as a hotel.
Good location, exterior of the house great but very badly managed, dirty rooms with cobwebs and spiders crawling under the sheet. There was a caterpillar on the curtain. Basin of restaurant dirty, restaurant linen tacky. This place should not be offered to guests and should be closed or managed under a management with hotel background.

Best for the adjusting traveller and not for people who are finicky...

The hotel is very good. I would surely rate this hotel as excellent in every sense, be it location, service or anything.

Very warm and friendly hosts.Reminiscent of an era gone by. Highly recommended for people looking to spend a relaxed holiday.

The location is fantastic. The rooms are a little unimpressive but they are generally in suite format so there is enough space. The amenities are all there and maybe better than most hotels pricier than this but the overall impression of the room is a little shabby. Staff is very friendly and courteous. There are taxis available at hotel door so that makes conveyance easy as well. It is right at Baga beach so everything you need for a perfect Goa experience is right at your doorstep. The breakfast is decent with enough options for all kinds of palates. Overall, an excellent value for money!

The hotel is in very good location in Anjuna. Its a very old Portugal palace. The owner has maintained it well. It is surrounded by lot of trees. Nice pool and bar. They have a small restaurant within the hotel compound, I loved the food. I think they need to renovate little to make the rooms attractive and sophisticate

It's a very old mansion which is beautifully maintained. But we got the room for 4000/- as that time was long weekend. No WiFi, poor network. We had no choice because every hotels were booked all over the Goa. There are the normal workers as a hotel staff. Hotel pool and breakfast sucks.

It's an awesome place to stay * palacete Rodriguez * the old mansion is beautifully placed in anjuna. Location is really good where you can find out peace. Good service, good rooms with antique furnitures.

Hotel room was OK for 2200/- per day. But amenities provided by the hotel are bad. They don't have WiFi at hotel rooms. Toilet flush not working, water heater not working, nobuddy make your room, hotel staff don't change bed-sheets. Hotel don't provide you towels on the check-out date. In short nobuddy from the hotel-staff cares about their guests. So please don't book this hotel in future.

Stay was good .. Good thing is that it's nearer to famous beaches .. But as far as hotel is concerned, need to improve certain facilities like service, cleaning etc .. Staff was not properly trained. Food was good part

It was fine overall. You can pretty easily find some millipedes and centipedes on your bed and cockroaches on the floor. For giving it a look of heritage hotel they have kept very dim lights inside the rooms even outside, that's very annoying at times. The Manager and other staff are very helpful and friendly. The cook and serving staff are also excellent.

Last weekend we went there. We came to know hotel building is around 400 years old. We had booked 4 bedroom room. First they gave top floor room which looks like my village house just AC, fridge, TV is not at my village. Any how initially AC was working fine, but later we noticed we cant operate AC since remote was not working then again later came to know that hotel has taken 3 phase and if any phase is down it will not work. Leave it but service was good, they were coordinating at midnight also. Next day AC stopped working. They transferred us to ground floor. It was bit looking like hotel room. Finally, I would say please select proper room since, some rooms ambiance was too good like honeymoon bed. So select room before booking. (Never go for top floor room).

Lot of dust and rats. Initially they gave us room with dirty toilet. Later we changed to better but we had rats in our room. Kitchen was bad and food was not so tasty. AC was not working and lot of mosquitos. They were not cleaning the room.

Hotel was good, But they wont clean the rooms until we tell them to do that. It is only big defect for them. Apart from that hotel location and features are good.

The owner lady of the hotel is very nice lady. Hotel is a heritage house with small rooms not very comfortable, it is more like a house then hotel, A C was old and the room was not cooling, they have no backup power system. 3 or 4 times the lights went at night and we had to sleep with out the fan, AC and lights. Food was also not good as per their price. Hotel is at a ok location but they have to update themselves.Old quilt was given to us though it was off season and they had all their rooms empty. I will say i could not sleep properly in this place. They let us keep our bags and stuff till evening at their hall. I am sorry to say this but i can not give good review because you will refund my money or give me free stay, i will write what i experienced.

This is a pkka budget hotel. Value for the money.
