The suite we booked did not quite meet our expectations, as the amenities and cleanliness felt rather ordinary. Additionally, there was no in-house cook, which meant we had to depend on limited food options arranged from outside, since delivery services do not reach this location. The most disappointing part of our stay was the jeep trip, where we were charged almost 150% more than the initially agreed amount. Given that it was getting late and the return drive involved narrow hilly roads, we felt compelled to proceed with the higher charge. Overall, while the property has potential, these aspects left us dissatisfied with the experience.

The ambience of the property is fantastic, the staff are cordial and good but the staff strength is very poor especially when the property gets fully occupied, and thus food arrangement also gets compromised. I think they need 3 - 4 staff more.
