Oxygen Rainforest

Excellent location, everything else is bad The lift down to the property looks very dangerous, and scary There is no proper lighting on the way to rooms The food was okay The pool and slides looks dirty hence we were hesitant to try Lot of renovations going on, hence the overall place looks untidy Dont be fooled by the WiFi connection, it's only available in the dining area Lot of moulds in the rooms, cupboard was useless due stinking ND moulds, we just left our bags on floor. Road to the location (if u don't take the right alternative route) is under construction, normal cars can't pass through

+ Property in a dense green landscape+ Helping staff was courteous - only 1 wench to commute between room and reception- Wench is risky and doesn't meet safety standards- No room service- No AC- No telephone in the room- Wifi doesn't work at the base of the hill where the rooms are located- No insect/ mosquito mesh in doors and windows leading to insects in the room- moulds in the almirah- No proper storage place to keep luggage- Same food served everyday. Gravies cooked once and served for many days - Less staff to cater to the customers - Only BSNL, Jio work- A property that can be managed in a much better way - Not 4 star for sure
