The flat was okay - Could have been more cleaner, but the apartment surroundings are not clean. AC in the room can be serviced so that they work properly

Poor maintained complete society, pool water was discussing as never cleaned. so we never even thought of entering in it. toiletries were not present in any bathrooms, we had to purchase it from outside. car parking is very risky as it was outside of the property with no security. one room AC was faulty we had to restart it after every 10min when it gave error FC 0.

Dear Rohan... Thank you for writing us a review. We are sorry we could not refund you the money for 1 unit because your relatives' couldn't arrive. The booking was non refundable and we have to maintain the policy else it results in losses for us. If any of the mentioned issues would have been raised during the stay we would have been in a better position to address it. Toiletries (Hair and Body Wash) along with Bath Towels and Hand Towels are provided during check-in. Parking is outside the society. There are security guards from Areia de Goa, Riviera Palms as well as Alvorada resort keeping a watch. If that parking gets full we also have a separate parking space walking distance from the property. Regarding the AC we would have checked if the issue was brought to our notice. After reading this review we immediately checked with the Existing Guests and found that it is working fine. Request you to consider staying with us again in the future. Maybe the experience will be better then.

The apartment is exactly the way it's shown in the pictures. very neat and clean and everything was in order. very comfortable for couples or groups of friends. The pool is great and we had a great time. The location is just excellent. Everything that you could think of is at a walkable distance and the beach is about 5 to 6 mins only. All in all, a great experience and highly recommended for a Goan Holiday.
