The hotel is in colony type area , approaching road is narrow, have to carry luggage at least 20 mt , no safe parking, parking on the road at a distance of 20 mt from the house. Room rate is premium which is not justified, room rate should be max 2500 per night...

Property needs few improved.. like water geyser, reception, proper room service.. no food avaible in the property. we have to step out everytime n no delivery service too.. it's typical home setup.. u can't expect to be a typical hotel kind of services.. but proper is good n clean.
