Worst Experiance

We booked 2 rooms for 6 adults,but after reaching at hotel we had to adjust in one room. No hot water available,no proper service,no room cleaning,no handle to doors,not even single hanger in bathroom,no soup and handwash, The worst part is the service , they had no one to give proper service No phone in the room The blankets smell worst , the pillows are dirty , there is dirt and worst smell everywhere , They do not change bedsheets after use They do not give towels , soaps in the room No AC remote to adjust room temperature After booking they act distant We called them 10 times for hot water and they just said , we will turn on geyser and hot water will come in 30 mins We stayed for 48 hours and the hot water didn't come We checked out with frustration ,and no alternative as we paid and with no option A utter disappointment We ruin our goa trip by staying here Please do not stay at this place , ever😡
