Awesome stay for 2 days in this hotel. The staff are very polite and cooperative. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced.

Worst customer service; they don’t know how to handle premium customers. I booked another room for my guest. He arrived at 8:00 am from the airport. When booking, they didn’t provide any information regarding check-in and check-out times. They didn’t serve breakfast on time, nor did they give an intimation call for checkout time, yet they charged extra costs and threatened us. I feel very insecure here.

One of the best location with economic manner. Good dining hall and food which was freshly delivered. Suggested for others.

Food, and safety standards are good, but inside the room hygiene level is very low, because when i was check in, i feel a bad smell from washroom, and the night stays in the property is very sacred

Landline is not working in the room, furniture items are not clean well, and inside toilet there is no water available for long time

It was family trip, room was very shabby and bad, location was not convenient, staff behavior was ok, hotel services was poor. Overall it was very bad stay. I would not like to suggest.

Located in a remote area. Staff doesn't care (in fact they are irritated that you are not paying them directly, as you have online booking). I had booked an AC room. They provided me an AC room, thank God. The room was full of dust and hair. The curtains had dead insects hanging from it. The bedsheets were dirty with huge stains, food particles, etc. There was spiders web at every corner of the room. The fungus were visible on the roof at several areas. Bathroom was smelly with fungus thriving under the waste bin. The AC in the room was poorly working. The AC made strange howling sounds every now and then (if somebody is afraid of ghosts, they will surely get a heart attack just by hearing it). There was one light in the roof right above the bed which had no switches, it was always on, only way to turn it off is by turning off the AC switch (tricky right?). No Blankets were provided. There was no TV (in an AC room). The room opened to a dark lightness verandah. Wi-Fi was not provided. The one guy in-charge of showing the room behaved indifferently. The guy at reception was rude at all times but when I pointed out some of the above mentioned things he began behaving carefully and said sorry sir. At last conclusion avoid this hotel whenever possible. you will definitely regret staying there.

Food was okay. However, bathroom was very smelly and hotel is around 29 kms from kovlam beach. Advertisement says 12 km. Wrong information given.
