Vaikundam Legacy

The rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully done. Some of our rooms had a small balcony-like outdoor seating area. The property being inside a rubber plantation, is green all around and is also properly landscaped we spent a few hours at a hill top view point inside the property. The staff will take you to the view point in their jeep since it'll need a 4x4 vehicle to traverse the terrain. Senior citizens in our group weren't very uncomfortable on the ride. Beautiful view of mountains and the lake. Spent another couple of hours in their home theatre. There is a good sound system with comfortable reclining sofa chairs, as well as ott subscriptions so you can watch almost anything you like. Swimming pool was clean. We didn't use it since my kid wasn't feeling well that day, and we just stayed one day. There is a small children's play area with slides and the works. There are also some cycles to take a tour of the rubber plantation. Food was good as well. There is a restaurant adequate enough for the 6 rooms worth of guests. You just need to put in your order a bit early so the staff can arrange and prepare the ingredients accordingly. Staff were polite and always available for help. The property is somewhere between a homestay and a resort. Small and beautiful, but still having enough activities and views to spend a couple of days with family and friends. Highly recommended for all age groups.

Truly under appreciated resort and property. The location, ambience, food, activities, etc. were just top notch. Perfect place to unwind on a weekend with no disturbance of mobile calls. Do try the jeep safari to the top of the hills where you get an amazing view of the western ghats and the chittar lakes. We had a la carte dinner in house and the prices are moderate, not expensive. Stayed in the Cinnamon room which comes with an inbuilt jacuzzi also. Opt for this if you are coming as a couple☺️ Another stand out is the mini theater available where you can watch ott movies and series on the big screen in your own private space. All in all, the resort is a must visit for taking a much needed break from the hustle and grind of daily life. Note: Airtel and jio networks won't work here, only bsnl. Ensure to take plenty of mosquito repellent cream/spray as the resort is located in a huge rubber plantation. Ethereal ambience and very hospitable staff. The resort is well-maintained and the rooms are clean. The food was healthy delicious and the service was commendable. The jeep trekking to the view point added to this wholesome experience. There are also quite a few photo points in the resort . a good place for a day or two. all the staff are excellent in providing service. the swimming pool is well maintained. the rooms are well kept and very hygienic. one of the tidiest Vaikundam Legacys I have been to till date. the view point is good and one can get a clear view of the backwaters and the agasthiya peak can be seen from here. but the best of all is the mini waterfalls which runs through the estate.

We stayed for two nights and it was excellent. The property is situated in calm and peaceful surroundings. It has a nice swimming pool and outside play activities like cycling, badminton and basket ball. The food was also very tasty. We recommend this place. The staff were also very cooperative.

Viakundam legacy is an estate bunglow located inside a 600 acre estate. Its a very calm place. Kids outdoor play facilities are available. Staffs are very good. Restaurant facility is available. All types of food available. Overall experience is excellent.

Homely stay, nice ambience, great food that is made to order, laid-back vintage facility inside a 600 acre rubber estate and great surroundings. The highlight is a beautiful viewpoint with breathtaking views of the chit-tar dam catchment & hills!

Great property with a lot of activity area. Serene atmosphere and highly recommended for family stay. The food was also really good and great hospitality. There is a private waterfall and a private view point of the lake inside the property.

It is a small resort. But has excellent staff and a great outdoorsy feel to the resort. We were a group of 7 adults and wishes that we had spent another day in the resort.

Neatly maintained property. Can have a peaceful stay if your looking for a less crowded and network less space. Food is amazing.
