The property has a very good view if the back waters of karli river gives you a very good experience and positive vibe. In monsoon the place is really good, also the beach is only 5 minutes walk away gives you a wide open view from where you can also see the sindhudurgh fort. The property people where very friendly and has good interaction they helped us with places that we should visit. Bike are also available on rent on daily basis. One should really checkout this place it’s worth the time and money. We were provided assistance with regards to reaching the property because of which we did not find any problems in finding the place. Of you are looking for water activities please try to visit after september they are not operational in monsoons

Great place to stay. Swimming pool is very clean and love the ambiance. Only i guess the small fridge should be there in the room everything was well equipped. Host was nice. Dinner and breakfast also available at additional cost. And it was really tasty and hygienic.

It was great experience and all were very helpful. They helped me and offered shower after checkout as exceptional case after scooba diving. House owner helped and guided us a lot during and after our stay.

The resort is near to beach. Pool is clean and easily accessible for kids also. Food was served as per the order and on time. Host guided for sight seeing and any help required

Without doubt one of the favorite place i stayed during my time in malvan, upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. Food was delicious. Beautiful room, great ambiance. I had wonderful l experience.

Stay was very good. This resort is very near from beach, walking distance. Food is also good. Very nice hospitality. Water activities are also at very approachable distance.

I'm foodie person so there food is very delicious and 100% pure kokeni food it's a best one.
