Very poor hotel

Frnds pols dont book this hotel. Very conjusted room they have. We know that munnar climate. But this hotel inside room is like hot pressure cooker. The inside room have no ac, tv, and bathroom is not clean. I discuss with hotel owner arrange me for some good room. But he tell rooms are full. Next day morning i am looked that room all are vaccants.

This booking came as last minute deal at that time we had only one room, We provided that room, they asked for ac we provided them with complimentary ac. The next day when we went to the room the entire bed, duvet etc was filled with baby food waste etc, that we asked them which they did not like that is why they posted bad review

groupI booked a hotel in Munnar and they denied the check in after I reached there and the host arranged me oyo rooms we wer totally depressed. Our new year got spoiled they charged me there, they didn’t even give us a breakfast.. bad new year horrible day there were 10members with me

2, This particular booking came as overbooking for them we booked a nearby hotel and provided them, The guest misbehaved with the staff of that particular hotel which was reported to you on that particular day itself.

Amazing stay

We booked it last minute, the host was gracious enough to help us plan our trip to munnar. He also arranged dinner for us since most shops and restaurants were closed in that area on account of vishu.
