From the moment we arrived at MaxiMunnar, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and seamless with a welcome drink. The suite room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations. Breakfast & dinner was delicious with a great variety of options. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. Indoor gaming area had Carrom, Table Tennis & Snookers. Plus, a small garden to wind down after the busy day or for a refreshing morning. Overall, this hotel delivered on all fronts: comfort, cleanliness, service, and value. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Munnar area who wishes to stay within the town limits which is very convenient to visit the attractions! Also, purchases the spices from their outlet which is reasonably priced compared with other shops in & around the area.

location is good for explore munnar, its found through mmt, the have a fine restaurant food was nice, provides all basic amenities, there service is also nice

Stayed for 3 nights, the property is located in the center so all main places to visit are almost at the same distance. The ambience, food, and staff were all excellent. Service is very good.

Property location is in the centre of munnar and its easy to move fore site seeing and there is no traffic in that location. They provide superb and quality food, maintained the dining with neat and classy. I loved the food. The service they provided is very polite and maintenance the real smile in their faces and it makes me more comfortable to communicate with them for my needs. Thanks for T & U

Hotel room is very spacious and having good sea view.. Thanks to hotel front manager and hotel head -GM , both are very well cooperative . My children's are very well enjoyed in room , garden and restaurant. Specially thanks to the restaurant person who has good cooperation, providing good facilities and well familiar with my children -I have just forgot the name but they are very well cooperative.. Overall hotel is very good, amazing site / mountain 🏔️/ valley view from hotel room and very well cooperation of all staff. Memorial stay in hotel... Always very happy to stay in this hotel. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Looks better than feels in pictures. Short on amenities and substandard food. No hand towels in bathroom, tv dysfunctional, shower stall has no partition to stop the water overflowing into the bathroom, food: overcooked chicken, hard and discolored fish. Idli, sambhar were fine though, coffee weak. No refrigerator and no safety locker.

We wanted to spend some quality time in munnar. However, the new year's eve party in the lawns right under our suite made our time really bad. Extremely loud music (that too bad, which went on until 00:30 hrs. Loudspeakers need to stop by 10 pm, but there was no rule following. Our room windows were vibrating, and there was no sound proofing. Despite our repeated calls, the volume was not turned down. Apart from that, the bathroom was very stinky. Questionable 4-star hotel. At best a mediocre 3. The breakfast buffet was okay. It would do well if they had more fruits.

Pleasant stay. Staff are polite and friendly. Restaurant is excellent in terms of food taste, quality, service and ambience. Lawn is well maintained. Housekeeping is impressive.
