Luxury Homestay Koregaon Park

First of all there is no proper address. It just says koregaon park, nil communication, it’s a residential premises n the address is different. We wasted one and a half hour to locate. We spoke to one person whose contact was given he directed us to another person then he said parking is not available eventually the address was swan lake society 3rd floor. Dinner not available we had to arrange our dinner. When enquired they said you should inform us in the morning. Morning poha was served which only one person had we wanted eggs but that too not available. Sir honestly not happy as i had to listen from my friends. The thing which was good was the clean bed n sheets n washroom. The person managing was so dull not all proactive. He should have asked us that tomorrow morning in breakfast what you would u have but nothing n since we aren’t aware about how they function we were quiet. Thank u sir but not interested. Trip was bad. Left the premises at 10 am today

The stay at luxury homestay koregaon park was very good. The rooms are spacious. Very good for family. The caretaker is very cooperative and t ye food prepared by him was very tasty. He prepares all kind of veg and non veg food well. Thank you to the property, we enjoyed the stay.

The location of the homestay is very good. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are hygienic. Breakfast provided is well prepared. Caretaker is always present in the property.

The place was good with nice eateries near by. The few things that we noticed challenging was 1. No towels provided, 2. The fare included breakfast but the care taker said he can provide only bread and jam 3. The facilities said washing machine, care taker gave all excuses for us not to use it. Later agreed with a little coxing 4. We being from south, requested for a few south indian languages to be added in the tv channels but didn't happen but for this the rooms were neat and spacious

Three of us stayed in the room. It's a very large and spacious room and also has a balcony. Room and bathroom were very clean. For breakfast we had pohe and toast butter. Ac was quiet and efficient. Caretaker asaram was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside is no parking space available.

The room was overall good except 1-2 basic things that were missing. They had a paid parking facility but it clearly looked like it wasn't a paid service. The care taker lived in the property and was a bit annoying.

It was good, neat and clean. The caretaker was well behaved. Overall a good experience.

Basic amenities like complementary mineral water, varieties in breakfast, at-least 2 items, bread toast to be there. Wifi should function in all rooms. Lightning be improved. Staff is courteous, placed near to food joints, easy accessible

It was an terrible experience staying here. Washroom are not clean dirty mattress care taker staying in the same place so no privacy. Care taker is unresponsive. Not recommended to anyone.

This property has several unmentioned rules, such as not being permitted back into the property beyond 12am. This was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, eventually i was forced to bribe the guard to permit us to enter past 12am. Furthermore the caretaker was quite weird and kept pestered us. And lastly despite not mentioning anything against smoking or drinking, apparently this too is banned on the property. Despite having a massive balcony and housings legal adults, we were severely discouraged against smoking or drinking, despite no mention. Overall felt less like a hotel and more like a hostel for children.

It is a flat in a society called swan lake in koregaon park with no parking. The room is very spacious with huge balcony. You should come here for atleast 2/3 days to enjoy. The caretaker mr rajendra singh is good but not smart

The experience was good, property is big and nicely lighted. Is also on the 3rd floor which makes it easy to access. The only con is “no parking” in the building. Breakfast was good and homely. Neat and clean property

Wifi signal poor in room no3, hygiene to be further improved. Cleaniess, fittings, all lighting etc should be improved. Option for variety of breakfast rather single item. Dinner and alacarte food cost to be relooked. Review

The location is prime location had fun, food was good, safety of society is good. Cleanliness is good in society as well as home. Will love to book it again

It’s a good experience to stay, basic amenities, helpful caretakers. Good place to stay for a few days for business travellers.

The property isn’t luxurious. It’s homely. It allows you to settle down. The washroom isn’t attached to the room. This troubled my mind most. The caretaker is a simple trustworthy man with limited culinary skills.

Overall a good place to stay in the heart of kp.
