We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The room facilities were excellent — clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries. The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal I had was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the variety and quality of the dishes truly stood out. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure all guests felt welcome and taken care of. The owner, in particular, was warm and approachable, often checking in personally to ensure everything was going well. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and personal touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Room were spacious and clean. Food was delicious and breakfast with lunch/dinner is must choose, there will be regret. They also arrange complementary stay in nubra valley when u travel there during stay.

Our stay at Ladakh Heights was truly exceptional. The owner, Ms. Kunzes, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and we could acclimatize comfortably. The staff were incredibly hospitable, the location was excellent with breathtaking views, and the property was peaceful. The restaurant served high-quality food, and the staff were very cooperative. Overall, we had an outstanding stay at Ladakh Heights and highly recommend it to tourists looking for a great place to stay in Leh.
