kumaran cottage

Very nice place, a bit difficult to locate if you are reaching in late evenings. Mr. Kumaran helped us to locate. The stay and food was excellent. Dosa was made live, steaming hot with chutney and sambar. Gulab jamoon was very nice. The previous day evening Kumaran arranged for a bonfire with music. All the whole stay, food and hospitality was good. I would recommend this place. For anyone having troubling driving down the place, park your vehicle near Surya village and walk.

Nice hospitality location is little bit dipper but not horrible location is away from city centre but it is so pleasant and peaceful l and safe to stay their cottage uncle is so supportive cottage area is suitable to stay

I had a very good time during my stay in this cottage and owner's hospitality and his down to earth nature was very impressive, room was very clean and spacious with 24/7 hot water facility. Overall a very good stay.

Good host. Clean rooms, clean washrooms with 24hr hot water. When it's misty around, views are wonderful. Good breakfast. Only downside was the bad condition of approach road to it. It's a value for money homestay!

We had planned for a trip of 2days, but the service and food we got really craved us to stay another couple of days, couldn’t do it but still we will come back soon for the same food, service and ambience

The location is a bit far from ooty centre which makes it a calm place to stay. Rooms are clean and view from balcony is very good. Food served is tasty and the location is safe and couple friendly.

First of all the view from the kumaran cottage is awesome, apart from that the kumaran cottage is very neat and clean, tasty breakfast, and Finley the gentleman Mr Kumaran is very helpful person

I loved the ambiance it was awesome, the food given was very tasty and home like experience, also mr. Kumar is very humble and generous and kind person, i loved staying will surely visit again.
