At the price of rs 5000 per day they give ro water as complimentary rooms were not hygienic staff behave is very bad

The rooms were not cleaned. Also rooms were old and needed maintenance. There is strict requirement of renovation of rooms. We stayed in a room where ac was creating noise. We told them to rectify the issue. They said they couldn't do anything. Also rooms had little bit of smell. Only food quality was good and service provided was good. They helped us to use kitchen for 02 years child food.

It's a perfect getaway destination. Though property (especially the rooms) needs a major upgrade. Location is perfect.

We stayed there for two nights, the first night we stayed in a hut set up. The room was quite stinky and uncomfortable. For second day we moved to a executive room, which was ok. Staff was fine.

Resort is good, hospitality staff is good. Only issue is lot of insects in bedroom as well during monsoon.

The room was stinking. Bathroom was dirty. Bed sheet and bed cover had holes in it. The pillows were stinking. No complimentary water bottle provided and no tea cattle was available.

Booked a family suite, very different from what was in the pictures, poor service, terrible & smelly room, dirty washroom, no maintenance

Food was not good at all and taste was really bad and hotel staff was not good at all for couple this hotel is not good to stay at all

Property location is good and it is maintained properly however room condition is bad. Family suit had seepage smell, bathroom door was not closing properly, carpet was looking very old and cleanliness was a little issue. Breakfast had limited options however taste was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed in swimming pool.

Everything was nice except i think the rooms should be better maintained. The bathroom taps malfunctioned.

The ambience and the staff behaviour is very good. It gives a pleasant experience away from hustles and bustles of busy life. Good place to unwind yourself. The areas they should improve are food menu, dining hall comfort, and better front desk support
