Terrible Stay

no staff, reception was closed till 8.00am in morning, no staff at restaurant till 8.00am and was closed. we didn't have breakfast. want refund for this terrible stay at kasa resort. I'm a regular customer of MakeMyTrip. you should check the hotels before offering to your customer. i request you to a total refund for this terrible stay. Thanks and Regards Anuj Johari

Terrible Stay

Experience in casa resort, ziro 1. We were offered a cottage "room. The use of word play is remarkable. So there's this cottage. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were told to use only one bedroom and one bathroom. Now in the bedroom there was this small bed which can barely fit two people. Where as i clearly mentioned we were three people. Now i paid extra to switch to another room which had two single beds. 2. The cottage is infested with different kinds of bugs and even some frogs. "filthy" will be the least saying. 3. The rooms are not equipped with inverter or generator. When we moved in, there was this long power cut going on. So there was this one rechargeable led bulb fitted in our room which died after like two hours or so. After that, no lights, nothing. Our cellphones died out soon. You can imagine being in a place far from home without connectivity. 4. Food was below average. The chef or whatever they call the person in charge needs to learn a lot. Then again, i've experienced the same kind of thing in almost all of arunachal pradesh. 5. Lastly, during our last night, a dog kept barking almost all night long near our window which literally kept us awake all night long. I didn't step out of the room as the property is adjacent to woods and i couldn't risk the safety of my family. Had a sleepless night. 6. The only thing they have is good staff. The resort is way understaffed, but they still managed to keep a smiling face. Lovely.

Excellent Stay

Very good ambience and location. Very clean and the staff are well behaved. Only the washroom size is very small and crowded and some of the toilets are of indian style. Value for money.
