No check were done. No cleaning. No proper door lock. Terrible

Well they didn't provide us the room which we had booked for 3 people but asked us to stay in a small room, we had already paid.

Security is a big concern. There just a lack on the inside and lock outside no proper locking system. The room is not maintained. Paint has worn off. Lift works only till second floor. The lift gate gets stuck on ground floor.

Room was clean a board should be their outside the building it will be easy to locate hotel

Hotel location is good but hotel room is not in good condition there are so many cockroach and the bell staff is sleeping in midnight no one is respond to open the door I have to wait half an hour outside

A/c wasn't working as expected I checked out of my hotel and booked another

Room not proper cleaning. Ac not working

I just completed my stay at this place. It was terrible. Water was dripping from the ac and pant got fully wet. There is no housekeeping, cockroaches are roaming freely in the room. White towels are so dirty they are brown in color. Pillows are damp. It's a pathetic hotel please avoid under any circumstances

Hotel is good and the location is also better. Hotel surrounding and view is awesome.

The interiors were not upto the mark. In the wash room, toilet water was not working. The lift was not available upto 3rd floor. Option for breakfast was only poha and one small tea. They even charged me for the second tea. Not meant for business travelers.

While booking the room, we would appreciate the tiny information that was not informed while booking that the bathroom was outside and not within the same room. Was so unprepared for it.

Nice experience, first time we stay in apartment, Room maintain in good condition with adequate furniture, no attached bathroom. No worth for money too costly. Home made food facility was really excellent. Too far from main city I. E Dadar, CST railway station, Mumbai central and airport. Very difficult to get taxi to the apartment.

It's a shared apartment with private rooms. A caretaker is available in the apartment all the time. Breakfast was just okay and if you want to eat home made food then caretaker can cook for you. Hotels and restaurants are at quite distance.
