The room was full of smoke smell … No towels even after asked .. no soap .. average cleanliness… no more future stay

businessBedsheet and pillow covers were torn and unclean. Gazer was not working. Bugs are there in bed and coupboard, and room cleaning is not done. Serving is very slow. They don't have facilities for dinner at the hotel.

Reception was prompt good cleaning the services were upto the expectations. The room services, behaviour of staff was good all queries were shot out immediately. Even at 1 am check-in was so fast

soloVery pathetic location. Near garbage storage area. No taxis available during odd hours. Staff is cooperative.
