Hotel Vande Mataram

The worst possible hotel of Abu. Unclean room, broken flush box in toilet, intercom was not working and above all full of bed bugs. Bathroom ventilation window was so low that any passer by can look into it. Totally unmanaged and loss of money. Even if you don't have any hotel available don't stay in this hotel.

They are vary shameful. I requested to MakeMyTrip team to just cancelled this type hotel properties from MakeMyTrip application.

Food in making very good quality and testy. Hotel service is good.

Hot water was available for very less time. Proper taps were not there in the bathroom. The bed sheets were dirty even after complaining, those were not changed. Management was not proper. There was lack of drinking water. The room was dirty. The mirrors attached on the ceiling seemed risky.

Location is good and the hotel is also good but no facilities. No intercom in the room neither they provided any toiletries.

While booking mentioned as water facility available, but during stay only available from 8 am to 9 am.

Location is best for stay but facility and cleanliness is not good as known about it. Hot water facility, Bathroom cleanliness is not good. Found Dirty pillow, bed sheet. In photos we can see good hotel but in real its far different. So from my point of view its below average.

Location, food, services, behaviour of staff all were awesome ., & Thanks to make my trip who upgraded my room without taking any extra charges. Love this place. I enjoyed my trip & loved it. Thanks.

Hotel was near bus stop no issue in travelling also they provided the room before check in also the staff was helpful, they help us in getting the vehicle to vist the nearby areas. Over all best experience and they all together made our trip fantastic.

It was pleasure staying in this hotel and I would thanks to Make My Trip and Step 2 Holidays who chosen this property for me. Staff was well behavioral and cleanliness well maintained. It was great and Overall good services. I will recommended others as well. My Guest are very happy.

It was too noisy. Food was good. Location is not good as it's very close to bus stand. It's a budget hotel but not worth as per price. Hotel manager was very arrogant, staff was friendly. Breakfast and dinner was good and served hot, do not go for standard room, it's very bad. Even toilets are not hygienic.

Kitchen and food was excellent compare to other and services of restaurants and kitchen boys are extraordinary. Hotel staff are so cold and calm that you have to shout for even water and regular services. Desk manager says what do you want to do? You want compensation? Overall go for food carnival fire at night in cold season and night enjoyment was in the outside the hotel.

Worth of my spend money for this hotel Vande Matram at Mount Abu. Specially food is very nice. Room was also clean. Only bathroom drainage is little bit jamming. Its location is between city so you can enjoy outside food and also you can take night walk. Also government bus stand and other private vehicles is near to this hotel.

I would suggest not to visit this hotel. Bad toilets, poor room service, no supply of water in washroom. Blankets were smelling bad. Rooms were very dirty. No value for money. Worst stay ever had. Only the food was good. Location is just near to bus stop.

I was waited for almost 3 hours at reception and called MakeMyTrip 3 times. It was communicated to me that room will be ready for you by 11 Am. At 11. 30 hotel manager came to me and said your booking has been transfer-ed to another hotel. So by MakeMyTrip customer care. Another 1 hours wasted in shifting to an outskirts location hotel. My entire day was wasted and so was my weekend. This is the worst a customer can expect from a hotel and specially from MakeMyTrip. Shame on you money mind people.

Bad hotel. Poor hospitality. Not worth staying. No value for money. Very bad hotel.

Broken serving trays, shabby toilets, never go there on weekends. Simply a waste of money.
